Refund/Cancellation  Policy 

All rentals are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation for any reason, all deposits and monies paid are non-refundable.

Once a reservation is confirmed, rental items are removed from availability and reserved exclusively for your event. For this reason, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or changes to event plans.

Date changes may be considered at the sole discretion of the owners and are subject to availability. Approval of a date change is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if a date change cannot be accommodated.

All rentals require a signed contract and security deposit prior to delivery or pickup.
